What We Offer: Weekly squads during school term. Holiday Mega Sessions. Private Lessons for all abilities.

INTERMEDIATE GROM SQUADS:

Tuesday morning 615am - 730am

Wednesday morning 615am - 730am

Wednesday afternoon 345pm - 5pm

ADVANCED GROM SQUADS:

Monday afternoon 345pm - 515pm

Tuesday morning 6am - 730am

Intermediate level requirement: This class involves in the water coaching and guidance. Surfers need be able to paddle back out on their own when the surf is small to medium size i.e., 2-3ft white wash. Other skills required: Turtle role or duck diving – no board ditching. Can pop up and ride.

Advanced level requirement: Independent surfing medium to large size surf at Sunshine Beach. Classes are filmed and coached from land with no in the water assistance.

Pricing Options: all prices include gst

10-week Intermediate Deal (most popular): $330.

10-week Advanced Deal (most popular): $385 including footage.

5-week Intermediate Squad: $220

5-week Advanced Squad: $275 including footage.

Single Squad Lesson: Intermediate $66. Advanced $77 including footage.

Term by term: We operate all year round including 10-week blocks during term 1, 2, 3 & 4.

Surfers already in squad(s) will have first choice at continuing the following term. Limited positions available.

Location: Wherever the conditions are best for each squad level. Exact location sent out via group text the night before every morning session or 1pm for 345pm classes.

What to bring: General surfing equipment. Positive attitude.

Squad Etiquette: No snaking or dropping in. We show respect to each other and the general public. Think WSL priority rules in the surf. If unsure please ask your coach and they can explain. We also recommend watching this ‘Surf Code’ clip.

Footage: Shared via group text once uploaded to our Vimeo account. Our account vimeo.com/noosasurfingacademy is set so you can directly download the footage to your phone or computer. Make sure you’re watching it at 1080HD before hitting the download button or screen recording. We encourage our surfers to watch over their footage and to focus on the tips we have given throughout each session. Feel free to repost our footage. Missed Sessions: Because our classes are capped to help maintain a high level of tuition at each session we do not offer credit for missed sessions however you’re welcome to gift your spot to another suitable NSA surfer (or sibling) who can return the favour when they’re away or sick.
